  8. This file should only be used by players that have this combination i.e. Direct X 7.0 and the Yamaha software synth installed on their system. The file should replace the file in the path (default) mentioned below:

  10. C:\Program Files\Square Soft, Inc\FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\Music\dmusic
  11.  
  12. Copy/Extract the "XGdefault.sgt" to the path above to implement the Yamaha Fix.
